We are looking for an experienced and responsible Automobile Spare Parts Counter Sales Executive to join our team at Srii Nallathaai Auto Spares, Pollachi.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, identifying and supplying the correct automobile spare parts, preparing orders, coordinating with the stock team, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Attend to customers at the counter and understand their requirements.
- Identify the correct spare parts based on vehicle/model/part details.
- Prepare and process customer orders accurately.
- Check stock availability and coordinate with the store team.
- Handle phone/WhatsApp enquiries from customers.
- Coordinate with delivery staff when required.
- Maintain proper records of sales and customer orders.
- Handle basic billing/computer work.




- Ensure correct quantity and part selection before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organised counter.
- Support day-to-day shop operations.

Requirements
- Experience in automobile spare parts sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of automobile spare parts, especially commercial vehicles/heavy vehicles, will be an advantage.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Should be responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; experienced candidates will be given preference. freshers also welcome.
