- Generate current leads for the company's construction and real-estate projects.

- Identify potential customers through online and offline sources.

- Generate leads through Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, property portals, websites, references, and other channels.

- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.

- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preference, and project needs.

- Qualify leads and identify Hot, Warm, and Cold prospects.

- Share qualified leads with the Sales Team for further follow-up.

- Maintain and update lead records in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets.

- Follow up regularly with existing and old leads to generate site visits and enquiries.

- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, meetings, and customer follow-ups.

- Track lead status from Lead → Qualification → Site Visit → Negotiation → Booking.

- Prepare daily and weekly lead-generation reports.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
