/ Responsibilities

We are looking for Sales Officers/ KYC Analysts to join our onboarding team and contribute to growth in Merchant relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and validating Merchant information to ensure compliance with KYC regulations and, or onboarding policy applicable to entities looking for payment services.

Responsibilities

- Document Collection: Guide and facilitate KYC documentation and information from new

and existing Merchants as part of onboarding and ongoing diligence, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Verification Processes: Conduct thorough verification of documents based on standards

and procedures
- Risk Assessment: Assess and categorize customers based on risk profiles, identifying any

potential issues that may require further diligence
- Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of all collected documents and

verification processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Liaise with customers to request additional information or clarify

discrepancies in their KYC submissions, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Collaboration:



Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to KYC

regulations and internal policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of KYC processes and tools to

improve efficiency and effectiveness. Desired profile of the candidate

- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Banking/ Fintech
- Previous experience in KYC/ Onboarding function or role
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with KYC regulations and verification tools across entity type (Sole proprietor,

Partnerships, Private/ Public Limited et al.)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software

Location : Delhi NCR In easy terms, we are looking for people who will physically visit shops/businesses (merchants) to verify their identity and documents as part of a B2B KYC process.

It is not a sales job. The persons main work is verification, such as:

- Visiting merchant/business locations
- Checking KYC documents
- Verifying business details
- Completing the required verification process
- Reporting the verification results
