Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Internship role based in the Pune Division. The intern will assist the sales team in identifying potential clients, conducting initial outreach, and presenting suitable property options.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and participating in site visits, supporting client interactions, maintaining accurate records of leads and follow-ups, and contributing to deal documentation. The role also involves learning and applying sales techniques,



understanding local market trends, and collaborating with senior team members to improve client engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closure activities.
- Candidates should possess the ability to learn and apply Training-related skills, including adopting current sales processes and product knowledge quickly.
- Basic understanding of real estate or a strong interest in property investments is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client interactions.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and digital communication platforms is an advantage.
