About the RoleWe're looking for a Sales Intern who loves design and enjoys talking to people. You'll be the friendly voice that helps customers find the right wallpaper for their space. Some want a bold mural for a café. Others need a renter-friendly peel & stick for a bedroom. Your job is to listen, guide, and help them buy with confidence.

This is a hands-on role. You'll work directly with the team, learn how a D2C brand sells globally, and see your impact in real orders.

Job Duties

- Reply to customer inquiries by email, chat, and social media
- Understand each customer's space, style, and budget, then recommend the right designs
- Explain the difference between our wallpaper types and help customers choose the best fit
- Guide customers on sizing, sample orders,



and installation basics
- Follow up with leads and customers who haven't completed a purchase
- Reach out to interior designers, architects, and commercial spaces to build partnerships
- Work with clients in the US, UK, and Europe
- Track conversations and leads in our CRM or shared sheets
- Share customer feedback with the team to improve products and the website

What We're Looking For

- Currently enrolled at a university
- Strong written and spoken English
- A good eye for interiors and design
- Confident, warm, and clear when talking to customers
- Organised and reliable when working remotely
- Bonus: experience in sales, customer service, or retail
