Job Summary
This role involves generating and nurturing potential leads through tele calling, coordinating with the sales team, maintaining sales-related reports, and supporting the overall sales process.
Responsibility
- Generate and identify potential leads through outbound tele calling.
- Make a minimum of 30 calls per day to prospective and clients.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant product/service information.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Maintain and update daily sales and calling reports accurately.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and support the sales team throughout the lead conversion process.
- Maintain qualified and positive relationships with clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
- Basic understanding of sales coordination and reporting.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
