Role Description The Sales Intern role at Closemint is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The intern will support outbound sales activities by researching prospects, preparing call lists, and assisting in creating and refining call scripts. Day-to-day responsibilities include making cold calls, handling basic objections, recording detailed call notes, and scheduling meetings for senior sales team members.

The intern will learn and apply sales best practices,



participate in feedback sessions, and help maintain accurate records in sales tracking tools.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects professionally and build rapport.
- Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management to support outbound campaigns and pipeline activities.
- Ability to learn and contribute to Training initiatives, including improving scripts and objection-handling approaches.
- Comfort with phone-based outreach, cold calling, and handling rejection constructively.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets or CRM tools for tracking leads and documenting conversations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to follow structured processes while paying attention to detail.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage for engaging diverse prospects.
