? Role Highlights

✅ Position: Academic Counselor (Inside Sales / EdTech Consulting)

✅ Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work From Office)

✅ Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

✅ Work Schedule: 6 days/week (including weekends; rotational weekday off)

✅ Compensation:

▪️ Freshers: ₹3.5 LPA ?

▪️ Experienced: ₹4.8 LPA ?

? What You’ll Do

✅ Connect with parents across India via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings.

✅ Understand students’ learning goals and recommend customized next-gen courses (Coding, AI, Financial Literacy & more!).

✅ Drive program enrollments through consultative counseling and clear value communication.





✅ Manage CRM updates and achieve weekly/monthly productivity targets.

? Who We Are Looking For

✅ Education: Graduates or post-graduates in any discipline (Freshers and Experienced candidates both welcome!).

✅ Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English and Hindi communication skills (mandatory).

✅ Work Mode: Ready and comfortable working from the office during the specified shift timing (12 PM to 10 PM).

✅ Equipment: Must own a personal laptop in positive working condition.

✅ Drive: Target-driven, persuasive, and passionate about consultative sales.
