BrightCHAMPS is looking for dynamic individuals to join our team in Bengaluru!

Role Highlights Position: Academic Counselor (Inside Sales / EdTech Consulting)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work From Office)

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

Work Schedule: 6 days/week (including weekends; rotational weekday off)

Compensation

Freshers: ₹3.5 LPA

Experienced: ₹4.8 LPA

What You’ll Do

Connect with parents across India via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings.

Understand students’ learning goals and recommend customized next-gen courses (Coding, AI, Financial Literacy & more!).

Drive program enrollments through consultative counseling and clear value communication.

Manage CRM updates and achieve weekly/monthly productivity targets.





Who We Are Looking For:

Education: Graduates or post-graduates in any discipline (Freshers and Experienced candidates both welcome!).

Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English and Hindi communication skills (mandatory).

Work Mode: Ready and comfortable working from the office during the specified shift timing (12 PM to 10 PM).

Equipment: Must own a personal laptop in good working condition.

Drive: Target-driven, persuasive, and passionate about consultative sales.

Pay: ₹299,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
