Experience: 5+ Years As Sales Head or Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide and monitor a team of Field Sales Executives.
- Set and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
- Plan territories, customer visits and market coverage.
- Monitor daily field visits, enquiries, follow-ups and order generation through ERP.
- Develop new customers and expand business in existing and current markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
- Review salesperson-wise performance and take corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch and Accounts for smooth order execution.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS to Management.
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in Textile/Fabric Manufacturing others are also welcome.
- Prior experience in team handling and field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented with positive market knowledge.
- Willingness to travel for customer and market visits.
- Good knowledge of ERP and MS Excel.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
