We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead our real estate sales function and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong real estate sales experience, local market knowledge, customer relationships and a robust network of brokers/channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team.
- Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for projects.
- Generate business through direct sales and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, property consultants, investors and HNI customers.
- Develop and expand the company's channel-partner network.
- Monitor leads, site visits, negotiations and closures.
- Handle important customers and high-value negotiations.
- Track competitor pricing, projects and market developments.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and improve team performance.
- Maintain sales pipeline,
forecasting and CRM/MIS reports.
- Work closely with management on revenue planning and business growth.
