Role & responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, revenue targets, and growth plans aligned with overall business goals.

- Team Leadership &
- Development:

Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams, Account Executives, and sales managers; set KPIs and performance quotas.

- Pipeline &

- Revenue Management:

Oversee sales pipelines, lead generation efforts, demand forecasting, and conversion rates to ensure reliable revenue stream.

- Key Account &

- Relationship Management:

Personally manage relationships with strategic clients, enterprise accounts, and key industry partners.

- Market Analysis &

- Expansion:

Identify recent business opportunities, market trends, competitor strategies, and potential expansion channels.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development,



and Customer Success teams to align customer acquisition with product capabilities and market demand.

- Budget &

Compensation Management:

Manage the sales department budget, design commission/incentive structures, and optimize sales tools/technology stack.

Key Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Experience: Typically 815+ years in B2B or B2C sales, with at least 5+ years in a senior sales management or director-level role.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is often preferred).

- Track Record: Proven history of consistently hitting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets and scaling revenue growth.
