## SALES HEAD – FMCG

CKK Retail Mart Ltd. is looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our FMCG sales operations and drive business growth.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5+ Years in FMCG Sales

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and expand Retail Store & Distributor Networks

Drive sales and achieve monthly & annual targets

Develop recent Distributors, Dealers & Retail Outlets

Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors & key customers

Lead and motivate the sales team

Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Identify new markets and business opportunities

Monitor market trends, competition & sales performance

### CANDIDATE PROFILE

✅ 5+ years of experience in FMCG Sales

✅ Strong experience in Retail & Distribution Channel Management

✅ Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills

✅ Proven ability to achieve sales targets

✅ Strong Leadership & Team Management skills

✅ Good market knowledge & business development skills

✅ Confident, proactive & result-oriented approach
