Position: Sales Head

Experience: 7–10 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a relevant industry-related field.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales function, drive business growth, develop new clients, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong and similar industry knowledge, proven sales leadership experience, and a demonstrated track record of achieving targets in their previous organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key clients.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Drive sales across relevant industry segments and expand market presence.
- Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports for management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.




- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Projects, Production, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of orders.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a relevant qualification in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related fields.
- 7–10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the architecture, interiors, construction, furniture, building materials.
- Proven experience in handling and achieving sales/revenue targets in the previous organization and demonstrate their previous sales performance/target achievements during the selection process.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, client management, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of market development and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to lead a team and deliver measurable business results.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
