? Key Responsibilities

• Handle and lead the sales team across Tamil Nadu .

- Drive sales growth and achieve business and disbursement targets.
- Manage, mentor, and develop branch sales teams and second-line leaders.

• Build and manage DSA, Broker, Builder & Connector networks.

- Drive branch expansion and market penetration across Tamil Nadu.

• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical & Operations teams for smooth processing.

- Monitor branch-wise MIS, productivity, conversions, and portfolio quality.
- Ensure compliance, process adherence,



and ethical sourcing.
- Develop market strategies and identify new business opportunities.

? Preferred Candidate

• 10+ years of experience in NBFC / Housing Finance / Secured Lending .

• Strong experience in LAP & Housing Loans .

• Proven experience in team handling and multi-location sales management .

- Experience in channel management and branch expansion.
- Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
