About Bawa Polymers

Bawa Polymers is an established manufacturer of insulating varnishes, wire enamels and impregnation resins, serving OEMs and industrial customers across India. With multiple manufacturing units and strong production capabilities, we are expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced sales professional to lead our growth.

Position: Head – Sales

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Sales Head with a solid background in B2B industrial sales.

Candidates with direct experience in insulating varnishes, wire enamels, impregnation resins or similar product ranges will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive the overall sales strategy and business development initiatives.

Develop new OEM, industrial and institutional accounts across India.

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers and key accounts.

Identify new markets, applications and business opportunities.

Lead the sales team, set targets and monitor performance.

Handle negotiations, commercial discussions and key customer relationships.





Work closely with the technical and production teams to support customer requirements and product evaluations.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience.

Strong preference for candidates from insulating varnishes, wire enamels, impregnation resins or closely related product industries.

Proven experience in handling OEMs and industrial customers.

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Ability to develop new business independently and lead a sales team.

Strong understanding of industrial sales cycles and customer requirements.

Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development.
