Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a polite and friendly manner.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery products.

- Explain product features, designs, prices, offers, and available options.

- Handle product display and maintain the shop/showroom appearance.

- Assist customers in selecting jewellery according to their preferences and budget.

- Handle billing and payment collection accurately.

- Maintain proper stock and inform the store manager about low-stock items.

- Ensure jewellery items are safely handled and properly stored.

- Follow up with customers when required and encourage repeat visits.

- Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the showroom.

- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Presentable and well-groomed personality.

- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is preferred.

- Sales experience in jewellery, fashion, retail, or lifestyle products will be an advantage.

- Freshers can also apply.

- Ability to work in shifts/weekends as required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
