Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Girl to join our boutique team. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers, understanding their requirements, and supporting them throughout their shopping experience.

The role will primarily involve handling the Saree Counter and Blouse Counter and helping customers select products according to their preferences.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to customers as soon as they enter the boutique.
- Understand customer requirements and provide personalized assistance.
- Handle and assist customers at the Saree Counter and Blouse Counter.
- Show products, explain designs, fabrics, colours, sizes, and pricing clearly.
- Support customers in selecting sarees, blouses, and related products.
- Actively assist in converting customer enquiries into sales.
- Maintain a pleasant, professional, and helpful attitude with every customer.
- Ensure the counters and displayed products are neat, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with arranging, folding, displaying, and maintaining stock.




- Coordinate with the boutique team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Support billing, packing, and other store activities when required.
- Follow up with customers when required and help build good customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the boutique.

Requirements
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Friendly, confident, and presentable personality.
- Willingness to learn about sarees, blouse designs, fabrics, and fashion.
- Previous experience in boutique, saree, fashion, or retail sales is preferred.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Must be comfortable working full-time from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
