Sree Kumaran is looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Girl & Collection Agent to manage customer interactions, sales activities, field visits, and payment collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products/services to customers.
- Visit customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain product details, pricing, offers, and services to customers.
- Generate new leads and follow up with existing customers.
- Collect payments from customers according to the assigned schedule.
- Follow up on pending payments and outstanding amounts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and collections.
- Submit daily sales and collection reports to the management.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer requirements and payments.
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Comfortable with field visits and customer interactions.
- Responsible, punctual, and valuable at follow-ups.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field collection.
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
