Role : Salesforce _ Functional consultant

Salesforce Functional Consultant (Marketing/Sales/Service cloud)

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies

- Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions

- Functional analytical support to the client and development team

- Design Salesforce solutions using configuration

- Recommend current features and improvements to optimise and increase use of the platform

- Developing business requirements and functional designs to effectively create solutions

- Hands on configuration of the Salesforce platform

- Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform

- Responsible for the creation and delivery of all functional documentation

- Accountable to ensure deliverables are met both technically and to meet client expectations

- Engage with Business Analysts and Clients in Workshops to understand and design solutions





- Ability to document solution and technical design and deliver the solution in collaboration with a team

Skills and Experience
- 6+ years of domain experience with at least 3+ years of extensive exposure on End-to-End Salesforce CRM applications

- Experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations of Salesforce platform, including Sales cloud/Service cloud/Marketing cloud/community cloud

- Experience in one or more Salesforce cloud applications serving specific business processes areas like marketing automation, Einstein Analytics etc.

- Certifications
- Sales/Service/Marketing Consultant

- Salesforce Admin (desirable)

- Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant(Desirable)
