Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and record sales transactions, invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and related financial entries.

- Track customer outstanding balances and support timely collection of receivables.

- Prepare and maintain sales and collection reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

- Reconcile customer accounts, sales ledgers, and collection records.

- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding billing, outstanding payments, credit limits, and customer account issues.

- Monitor accounts receivable ageing and highlight overdue payments to the concerned stakeholders.

- Verify sales invoices and ensure accuracy of pricing, discounts, taxes, and other applicable terms.

- Support the Finance Team in monthly closing and preparation of sales-related financial reports.

- Analyze sales performance, revenue, discounts, margins, and collection trends.

- Assist in monitoring customer credit limits and payment terms.





- Coordinate with customers regarding payment follow-ups and account reconciliation, wherever required.

- Prepare MIS reports related to sales, revenue, receivables, collections, and outstanding balances.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company finance policies and procedures.

- Assist in internal and external audit requirements related to sales and receivables.

- Identify discrepancies in sales and financial data and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of financial information.

- Perform other finance and sales-support activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
