Niranjan Enterprises is looking for a Sales Expert who can take ownership of lead generation, prospect communication, follow-ups and sales conversions for our digital marketing, website development, SEO, performance marketing and other digital solutions.

The ideal candidate should be confident in B2B and B2C sales, comfortable with cold calling and inbound enquiries, and capable of understanding customer requirements and presenting the right solution.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B and B2C sales leads through outbound calling, inbound enquiries, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable digital marketing / website / SEO / advertising solutions.
- Present the company's services and explain the value proposition clearly.
- Handle objections and negotiate with prospects professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the prospect converts or the opportunity is closed.
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversations and sales status.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and technical teams for proposals, quotations and solution requirements.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Maintain professional communication with prospects and existing clients.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid convincing and negotiation ability.
- Good understanding of the sales process and lead funnel.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Strong customer-handling and objection-resolution skills.
- Comfortable with telephone sales and outbound calling.




- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, websites, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media marketing will be an advantage.
- Ability to use WhatsApp, email, CRM and basic computer applications.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good English and Hindi communication; Marathi will be an advantage.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15000+ per month

Incentives: Performance-based incentives / sales commission

Final compensation will depend on experience, skills and interview performance.
