Role Description The Sales Executives (Banking Domain – Fresher) role is a full-time on-site position based in Kochi. In this role, the individual will learn and promote banking-related services and solutions to prospective and existing clients, primarily within the financial services sector.

Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, explaining product features, gathering requirements, and supporting sales presentations and demonstrations. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in preparing proposals and basic reports.



The successful candidate will be expected to meet assigned targets, uphold professional standards in all interactions, and contribute to building strong, long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.

- Relevant academic qualification such as a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field is preferred; fresh graduates with a strong interest in the banking domain are encouraged to apply.
