– Interior Sales Executive Company: Estavio Design Studio Position: Interior Sales Executive Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1- 5 years in Interior Design / Modular Furniture / Real Estate / Sales Key Responsibilities Handle incoming leads and enquiries for residential interior projects.

Understand clients’ requirements, lifestyle, budget, preferences, and timelines.

Schedule and conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations.

Coordinate with the design team to prepare suitable design proposals and quotations.

Present design concepts, materials, finishes, and project estimates to clients.

Follow up consistently with prospective clients and convert leads into projects.

Negotiate and close deals while maintaining company pricing and margins.

Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.

Coordinate with designers, project managers, and execution teams for smooth project handover.

Maintain an updated database of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and conversions.





Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Generate referrals and explore new business opportunities.

Keep track of market trends, competitors, materials, and interior design products.

Ensure a professional and positive client experience from enquiry to project confirmation.
