- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and offers.
- Conduct test rides and follow up with prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, and online leads.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Follow up with existing customers for referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheelers, finance, and insurance.
- Ability to work effectively in a showroom environment.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
