Sales Executive – Bodi Pharma

Bodhi Pharma is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves a combination of field sales and office-based sales activities, including customer visits, lead generation, product promotion, follow-ups, order coordination, and sales reporting.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, excellent communication skills, and be willing to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Bodhi Pharma products to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, doctors, healthcare professionals, and other potential customers.
- Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits and meet prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain robust professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Handle customer follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents when required.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for order processing and product availability.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, orders, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales and market reports.
- Attend office meetings, sales reviews,



product training, and other company activities.
- Support the team with day-to-day office-based sales and business development activities.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with both field work and office-based responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel regularly as part of the job.
- Ability to manage customer follow-ups and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical/healthcare markets will be an advantage.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.

Languages Required Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in:
