Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal and home loan products.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and advantages to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
- Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn attractive incentives.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Candidates with telecalling, sales, or loan process experience will be preferred.
