Blockcoaster is an enterprise Web3 and Blockchain technology solution provider specializing in custom dApps, Smart Contracts, DeFi protocols, AI integration, Cryptocurrency platforms, NFTs, and Metaverse development.

We are seeking an ambitious, target-driven Sales Executive who possesses direct experience selling Web3, Blockchain, and custom IT development services.

Key Duties:

- Identify and convert business leads for custom Web3, AI, and smart contract development projects.
- Lead discovery meetings with founders, IT heads, and innovation leads to scope technical solutions.
- Draft proposal documents, project scope outlines, and commercial quotes in coordination with technical leads.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and active network outreach.

Candidate Requirements (Must-Have):

- Experience: 2 years in Web3, Blockchain,



or IT Software Services sales.
- Knowledge: Deep conceptual understanding of smart contracts, tokenomics, DeFi, and AI technology stacks.
- Skills: Consultative selling, client presentation, proposal writing, and objection handling.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
