JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and convert inbound leads for our warehouse solutions business. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads generated through IndiaMART, website inquiries, digital campaigns, and other marketing channels, with the objective of converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and respond to leads generated through IndiaMART, website inquiries, social media platforms, and other marketing sources.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable warehouse and fulfillment solutions.
- Conduct sales calls, follow-ups, and client meetings to build robust business relationships.
- Convert qualified leads into customers through effective communication and negotiation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM or tracking systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.




- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Conversion.
- Experience in handling IndiaMART leads will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and Email communication.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.

Working Details

- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Salary: As per Interview / Discussion + Attractive Incentives
- Education: Graduation Preferred

Ideal Candidate Profile A confident and proactive sales professional who can effectively convert incoming inquiries into business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our warehouse solutions business. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
