Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time on-site position based in Udaipur.

The Sales

Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct product demos, and present tailored WhatsApp automation solutions that meet customer needs. Daily tasks include managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, gather client feedback, and support account onboarding.

Executive is expected to maintain accurate records in the CRM system and achieve defined sales targets while representing Waptrix.io in a professional, customer-centric manner.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, software, or digital communication solutions
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management
- Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and deliver transparent, value-focused presentations
- Competence in negotiation, closing deals, and handling customer objections
- Comfort with using CRM tools and basic sales analytics to track performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and translate business needs into solutions
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Interest or experience in automation, messaging platforms, or digital customer engagement is an advantage
