Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive – Hotel / Hospitality to support the sales team in generating new business and increasing revenue through corporate sales, room bookings, group reservations, and banquet business. The role involves client coordination, sales calls, lead generation, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential clients.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and meetings to generate leads and business.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, F&B; offerings, and other hotel services.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and proposals.
- Assist in handling room bookings, group reservations, and banquet/event enquiries.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and operational departments to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.
- Identify new business opportunities and support achievement of sales targets.




- Maintain updated records of clients, leads, sales calls, and follow-ups.
- Prepare regular sales reports and MIS documentation.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential business opportunities.

Skills & Requirements
- Experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, or the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into business.
- Knowledge of the local market and client network is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and sales calls.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Important: Prior experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is required.
