Requirements

- Robust sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

- Customer relationship management abilities, including clear communication, active listening, and professional follow-up.

- Basic understanding of real estate concepts, property documentation, and local market dynamics in and around Kolhapur.

- Comfort using CRM tools, email, and spreadsheets to track leads, update records, and prepare simple reports.

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any stream;

education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

- Prior experience in real estate sales or field sales is preferred

- Ability to work on-site, including weekends or extended hours when required, and travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

- Proficiency in Marathi,hindi and English, with professional presentation skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
