About the Role

AWS Geek Pvt Ltd is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our US IT services team.

You will work with B2B and B2C customers across the US, manage inbound sales opportunities, understand customer requirements, present IT solutions, follow up with prospects, and close sales.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of every opportunity, communicates confidently with US customers, and is motivated by targets and results.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and convert B2B and B2C sales opportunities.
- Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Present services, explain value, and handle objections.
- Follow up consistently and move opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline information in HubSpot CRM.
- Coordinate with technical, dispatch, and customer success teams.
- Identify opportunities for additional and repeat business.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, business development, or account management.




- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience with US or international customers preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Strong listening, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Robust follow-up and pipeline management.
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and accountable.
- Willingness to learn IT services and technology solutions.

Work Schedule The role supports US customers, so flexibility with assigned US business-hour shifts is required. Weekly offs will be rotational based on business requirements and team scheduling.
