We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle customer communication, generate business opportunities, and promote the company's tax and business consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company services, including ITR filing, GST, and business consulting.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update customer details and lead status in CRM.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, lead management, and customer handling.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
