Role Description:

This is a full-time, Field Work Sales Executive role based in Mumbai.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for developing and managing client portfolios, building and maintaining long-term relationships, and identifying prospective clients to expand the company's customer base.

Primary responsibilities include pitching financial products and investment solutions, meeting sales targets, analyzing financial data, and providing tailored advice to meet client goals. The role requires regular collaboration with clients and teams to ensure superior service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

-Identify and approach potential corporate clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

-Introduce the company’s financial products and services, and generate interest in attending our financial awareness seminars.

-Schedule and confirm appointments for corporate seminars and client meetings.

-Maintain and update the client database (CRM) with accurate information.





-Coordinate with the sales and event teams to ensure smooth execution of seminars and meetings.

-Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and support the sales closure process.

-Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications

- Should have 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationships, and Business Development
- Understanding of Financial Products, Investment Solutions, and Wealth Management
- Robust Analytical Skills, Market Research, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Abilities
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation Skills
- Proficiency in financial tools and technology, including CRM platforms, is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services sector or previous sales roles is desirable
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet performance benchmarks
