Requirement: Valid Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler and willingness to travel for client and site visits
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective clients.
- Handle and build solid relationships with architects, builders, developers, contractors and clients.
- Generate leads, conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospects into customers.
- Attend client meetings, site visits and project discussions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, estimates and BOQs as required.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing sales.
- Coordinate with architects, clients, vendors and contractors throughout the project.
- Monitor project/site work and coordinate with the concerned teams to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and provide necessary support and guidance.
- Ensure projects/work are completed within the defined timeline, quality standards and budget.
- Maintain records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups and sales activities.
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to the management.

Candidate Profile Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in construction materials, real estate, architecture, building materials or related sales are preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in field sales may also be considered.
