JOSECO Furniture is hiring 3 Sales Executives to join our showroom team in Marthandam, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu.
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates who can understand customer requirements, recommend suitable furniture products, and provide an excellent showroom buying experience.
This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and warranty details.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Support customers throughout the buying process.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly showroom experience.
- Work towards achieving sales and customer-service objectives.
Requirements
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Malayalam knowledge is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Email.
- Previous showroom or sales experience is an advantage.
- Any qualification.
