- Generate leads through calling, references, digital platforms, site visits and other sales channels.

- Handle sales enquiries for residential flats and residential plots.

- Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences and suggest suitable properties.

- Conduct property/project presentations and arrange site visits for prospective customers.

- Follow up regularly with leads, prospects and existing customers.

- Explain project details, specifications, pricing, payment plans, amenities and possession timelines.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers and support them throughout the sales process.

- Negotiate with customers within approved company guidelines and assist in closing deals.

- Coordinate with documentation, CRM, accounts and other departments for smooth booking and transaction processing.

- Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, site visits,



bookings and sales in CRM/MIS.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.

- Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing and customer requirements.

- Collect customer feedback and share relevant market information with management.

- Ensure qualified conduct and accurate communication with customers at all times.
