VYAN Consultancy Services is hiring 5 Sales Executives to drive sales of VN Bill, our billing and invoicing SaaS product, across the North Karnataka region. This is a target-driven, field-and-phone sales role ideal for someone who wants to build a career in SaaS sales.

Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads for VN Bill across target industries (retail, salons, CAs, hotels & restaurants, etc.)
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and in office installations
- Convert leads into paying customers and drive deal closures
- Maintain consistent follow-ups across the sales funnel
- Meet monthly sales targets set by management

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, comfortable with target-based, field sales work




- Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory — freshers with the right attitude are welcome

Compensation

- ₹20,000/month, fixed (consultant role; no PF/insurance attached)
- Additional incentives for performance beyond monthly target
- 1-month probation, including an initial performance assessment in the first 8 working days
