- Generate new business through field visits and lead generation.
- Meet clients, understand their insurance requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and policy issuance.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-presented, confident, and skilled.
- Must be comfortable with field work and client visits.
- Sales/insurance experience preferred; freshers with good communication skills can apply.
