- Generate and follow up with potential property buyers.

- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

- Arrange and conduct property/site visits.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve assigned sales targets.

- Maintain lead and customer records and provide regular sales updates.

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.

- Customer handling and negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of real estate sales.

- Lead generation and follow-up skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹13,797.29 - ₹55,891.60 per month

Work Location: In person
