Role Description The Sales Executive – Refurbish Electronics role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving sales of refurbished and open-box smartphones, laptops, and gadgets through direct customer engagement, telecalling, and follow-ups. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospective customers, explaining product features and quality checks, handling price negotiations, and closing sales in line with company targets.

Executive will manage customer queries,



coordinate with operations and inventory teams to ensure timely order processing, and maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer feedback. The role also involves building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers, supporting promotional campaigns, and providing input on market trends and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales of consumer electronics, refurbished or open-box devices, or related retail/tele-sales environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical features in simple terms.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online platforms for lead management, order tracking, and reporting.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities and a commitment to transparent, ethical selling practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, meet daily/weekly sales targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of smartphones, laptops, and gadgets, including common specifications and quality parameters.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, re-commerce, or electronics retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage
