Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team, generate business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and coordinating with the sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned sales/technical team.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Regularly follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders,



and pending requirements.
- Maintain customer and lead details in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for customer visits and further discussions.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Service, and other departments whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of customer communications and sales activities.

Pay: ₹20,054.58 - ₹30,000.00 per month
