We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Meet prospective clients and present company products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office,MS Excel etc.
