Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate Company Company: PUNE SALES OFFICE Location: mahalunge pune time 10am to 8pm its a Real estate sales profile , sale flats and customer introduction follow up and sales Generate current leads through calls, referrals, and field visits.

Contact prospective customers and explain property features and benefits.

Arrange and conduct site visits for clients.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationships.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain customer records and sales reports.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities.

Assist customers throughout the booking and documentation process.

Requirements good communication skills Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
