Job OverviewWe are hiring Sales Executives / Sales Associates for Paytm's Insurance Services team in Noida.
The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales.
Candidates with experience in insurance, banking, BFSI, financial products, telecalling, inside sales, field sales or business development are preferred. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers and understand their insurance requirements.
- Explain insurance products, features, benefits and terms clearly.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls and other available channels.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications and sales.
- Ensure professional and customer-friendly communication throughout the sales process.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0.6–3 years of experience in sales, insurance, banking, BFSI, telesales, inside sales, field sales or business development.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales can also apply.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Noida office.
