Job title: Sales Executive (Fresher-Friendly) — Remote Internship → Full-Time

About the job

We're hiring 15 Sales Executives to find the right clients and close deals. You'll research businesses that need what we offer, start the conversation, pitch, negotiate, and close, owning the full cycle from first message to signed deal.

Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify potential clients through research, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and referrals
- Initiate conversations via email, calls, and social channels
- Understand client needs and pitch our services
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals
- Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline and lead record
- Share progress and learnings with the team regularly

Requirements

- Freshers or early-career candidates welcome drive matters more than a degree
- Robust communication in English
- Comfortable with rejection and consistent follow-up
- Self-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior sales, freelancing, or client-facing experience is a plus, not required




- Able to join by September 28, 2026

Internship details (3 months, remote)

- Stipend: ₹15,000/month, paid on hitting monthly target
- Target: 15 new client meetings arranged + at least 1 closed sale per month (client-fit criteria shared on day one)
- Full ownership of your pipeline, a competitive environment, direct mentorship from the founders
- Top performers move to a full-time role after 3 months

Full-time role

- Compensation: ₹7-10 LPA (fixed + variable), based on internship performance
- Faster growth track for consistent closers
