About NKartt Rentals

NKartt Rentals is a rental service business focused on providing convenient and reliable rental solutions to customers. We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive who can help us expand our customer base and generate recent business.

Job Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, converting leads into clients, and achieving monthly business targets.

This is a target-based sales role, with attractive incentives for achieving and exceeding assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, phone calls, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Generate new leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable rental services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Visit potential customers/businesses when required.
- Explain rental plans, pricing, terms, and services to customers.
- Negotiate with customers within the company's pricing guidelines.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth completion of bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customers, and bookings.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and achievements.
- Ensure timely collection/payment from customers wherever applicable.

Performance & Targets This is a performance-based position.

The Sales Executive will be given a monthly sales/business target.

Example:

- Monthly Target: ₹2,00,000
- Achievement of target:



Target successfully completed
- Business generated above the target: Eligible for additional performance incentives
- Higher sales performance: Higher incentive potential

Incentives will be linked to successful business generation and actual payment/collection, as per company policy. There is no fixed upper limit on earning potential for high-performing sales executives.

Requirements

- 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of sales, business development, field sales, or customer acquisition experience.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Comfortable making calls and conducting follow-ups.
- Willingness to travel/visit clients when required.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, email, and computer applications.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage for field sales.
