Sales Executive
ROLE SUMMARY The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, converting prospective customers into members, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the smooth operation of the gym.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generating new sales opportunities by approaching walk-ins, cold calling and networking
- Contacting prospective customers who have sent enquiries, and converting them to members.
- Conducting gym tours for prospective members and suggesting suitable membership options
- Preparing new membership documentation, explaining terms to customers and arranging payment methods.
- Establishing relationships with local businesses with the aim of promoting corporate gym memberships.
- Delivering consistent levels of recent member sign ups to the gym.
- Preparing regular reports for the sales/ club manager.
- Working closely with the marketing and events teams to leverage existing opportunities.
- Consistently delivers a clean, crisp, friendly member and team member experience.
- Provide superior customer service over the phone and via email communication with gym members.
- Assist members & gyms with questions, concerns and resolves complex disputes as it relates to their gym
- membership.
- Assist members in settling difficult billing inquiries, payment issues and delinquent accounts.
- Collects all possible past due payments from members while addressing member concerns.
- Resolve escalated inbound calls & Emails from designated gyms for member situations
- Schedule personal training sessions and maintain / update appointment calendars.
- Keeping current records of staff member whereabouts and availability.
- Monitoring cleaning and sanitisation of gym area, café and studios.
- Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked and clutter free by following the routine cleaning schedule.
- Responsible for completing special projects as assigned.
