Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound enquiries and generate sales through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

- Follow up with leads and prospective customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers for order closure.

- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Coordinate with the field sales and other internal teams.

- Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good convincing and negotiation skills.

- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

- Sales or inside-sales experience preferred.

- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.

- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
